Form Analytics: Filter duplicate entries in Recent Visitors list

Good morning.

I am using Jotform analytics and would like to filter out duplicate views. I would like to see how many people have viewed my form, but there seem to be a lot of duplicate IP addresses viewing the form more than once.

If there is no way to filter out the duplicate views, is there a way to download the information to a CSV so I can filter them myself?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no way to filter out duplicate views and to download the data in the Form Analytics as of the moment. Although that feature isn’t available yet, as a workaround, you can use the print option and download the webpage as PDF. Then you can use any tools available on the web to convert it to a CSV file or any type of file. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In My Forms page, select the form you want to check the analytics.
2. Click More option on the right side of the screen.
3. In Data tab, click Form Analytics.
4.  Then, it will redirect you to the Form Analytics Data page.
5. Press Ctrl + p (Windows) or Command + p (macOS) to launch the Print option.

The option to download this data or at least the option to filter out duplicate IP addresses is a big need in your analytics view. The data is skewed and we can not see accurate response rates, especially because we can not even see the full data breakdown. (No matter how far I go back, there is only one page of sample data to view.)

Unfortunately, the information provided in analytics is not usable.

As mentioned by my colleague, it is not possible to filter duplicate entries in the Recent Visitors list under the Traffic tab when using Form Analytics. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
