Unable to see the form when trying to preview it.

When I load the preview for the form I just created for our staff distinction voting, this is what the screen show:

I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to change the Form Status to Enable. You can easily set the status of your form to Enabled in Form Settings. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the Form Settings option, click on Form Status.
3. In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Enabled then click on the Save button at the bottom-right side of the window.

That's it, you're done. Now your form is enabled and people can send submissions. You can also check out our How to Enable or Disable a Form guide to get a better idea of how it works.
