Link to parents requires sign up?

Aloha,

JotForm looks great.

I've completed a parent survey.

But when I test the link—copying the link and opening it in a variety of browsers—I don't get my survey, I get a sign-up-for-JotForm page.

My parents will never sign up for something. They will answer my online form.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is really easy to launch the form by publishing it.  You can simply copy the URL link of the form and share it with your user/client. By following the steps below you can find the URL of the form on the Publish Tab in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and in the orange navigation bar click on Publish.

2. Under Quick Share, you can find the URL of the form. You can click on the Copy Link button to easily copy the URL of the form to share it with others to fill out and complete.

I got it to work by publishing it to our class web site.
