How to open and reactivated my account?

    Hi jotform,

    My account was suspended because my IP address has been banned. I try to pay for next one month but always failed, and contact jotform support. You replied that use another card or different browser. But after I used your suggestion, it still failed. Today, I try to use another card in another browser and you suspended my account due to phising activity from your automatic phising account.

    Please reactivate my account as soon as possible because it is urgently needed your form for my duty.

    And please guide us to pay our account. Because always failed.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account has been suspended due to multiple failed payment attempts using a credit card. I have now reinstated your account. Please contact your bank first before trying to upgrade again. Kindly ask them what is the reason for the failed payments, especially when the card is active. It is likely for your security.
