hi managed to get link working by clearing cache, now the link works on my desktop where it plays the video but not on my phone and I have cleared the cache.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the most recent form you've worked on but it seems that it has already been deleted. Can you share with us the correct link to the form, and any relevant error messages showing when you view the video in your form? Also, depending on the device, they may or may not be able to support some functions in general.

Hi Gwen,
Are you referring to the Video Background? If so, I tested your form on my Android device and it is playing as expected. Although I couldn't take a recording, I have a series of screenshots which you can check out below for your reference:
We suggest trying it again using a different and later device model, and a different browser.

Hi Gwen,
I tested your form on Safari using an iPhone 15 with iOS version 17 and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
