How to Add a Sign Document into a Form?

    HI

I would like to use Joftorm sign. I have an asset request form that I use currently. One of the assets requires users to sign an agreement, that I have been using Docusign to accomplish.

I would like to use Jotform sign. I created a form in My sign Documents, using the PDF of the agreement. That's great but I would like this form to appear to a user when they select a particular asset (via checkbox), which will allow them to read the PDF, and sign it. Once they sign it, it is submitted when they user submits the asset request. Is this possible?

    Hi Jon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can embed a Sign Document into your form using the Iframe Embed widget. Let me show you how:

    1. First, copy the share link of your Jotform Sign Document:How to Add a Sign Document into a Form? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed and drag and drop it to your form.
    4. In the menu on the right, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of the Sign Document.

You can use conditions to show this field based on a checkbox using conditions.

Thank you - works great but the agreement is hard to read in the little
widget box. see attached. I see a zoom option, but is there an ability to
    pop-out the agreement to read?

    Hi Jon,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to create a pop-out of the agreement. As a workaround, you can add a button link to your form is easy. Let me show you how:

    • Copy the code below:
    <p style="text-align: center;"><a style="background-color: black; padding: 10px; border-radius: 6px; color: white; text-decoration: none; display: inline;" href="https://jotform.pro-bark.biz" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Click Here</a></p>

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and drag-drop a Paragraph field onto your form.
    • Click on the Edit icon on the right side of the Paragraph field.
    • In the Paragraph field toolbar, click on the Source Code icon. Then, paste the code above into the Source Code box.
    • Change the link https://www.jotform.com to the link you want to use. And, if you want to change the text on the button, change the words Click Here in the code above to what you want it to say.
    • Click on OK and then on Save. And that’s it, you’re done.
