Email field not showing in Jotform Table

    There is not column for the Single Player email or phone. Both Email and phone are required in the form. Please advise!

    Hi digitalseashell,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. You also mentioned that there is no column for the Single Player email or phone, can you elaborate more on this since I can see the Single Player email and phone fields on my end?

    Wow. That's odd. I don't see what you are seeing. No phone or email for Single player as shown in the screen shot I sent. I see Flag player one, single player one and then send email.  I don't see What Company Name as  you do.  Please note that Company Name does not apply to single player.Email field not showing in Jotform Table Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Hi digitalseashell,

    Can you try to show all the columns to see if you can now view all the columns on your end? Here's how to do it:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Columns dropdown menu.
    2. In the Show Hide Columns window, check the Show All checkbox. Email field not showing in Jotform Table Image 1 Screenshot 20
