I have a forms: See below. Which are tied to payments (at Paypal) to allow CC and Paypal payments. My question is there an option to allow a "Check" payment online or those that want to pay by "Donor Advised Fund".

Hi George,
If you need to add products and have users pay offline through check or wire transfers, you can take advantage of the Purchase Order where you can create products without having to select any payment vendor. Let me show you how you can use the Purchase Order integration:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button located at the left side of the page, then click on the Payments tab.
2. Add the Purchase Order integration to your form and configure the products like how you configure a regular Product List element with a Payment Vendor.
You can also check out this detailed guide on How to Create a Payment Form with Purchase Order.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Good Evening - Purchase Order Integration is NOT an Option when I go to add it to my form. It's "gray'ed out". Please advise.

Hi ggarcia594,
Since you are already connected to a payment integration, you need to switch the payment integration instead. Yes, you can change the Payment method without deleting it. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
- Choose a payment method and click on Use Selection.
Now, you'll see the new payment method on your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

This is not what I'm trying to acheive. What I'd like to do is provide 2 different payment options: 1. The Paypal Option (which allows users to both use Paypal AND Credit Card Options. 2. A second option to pay by "Check" payment online or those that want to pay by "Donor Advised Fund". Is this possible?

Hi ggarcia594,
Yes, that is possible. Keep in mind that multiple Payment Integration is not possible in a single form, but as a workaround, you need to have two forms with different payment methods, and we will use the Iframe Embed widget to embed the second form into your main form. On your first form, you will integrate it with your PayPal Personal account, so the users can have the option to pay via card or PayPal, while on your second form, you will add the Purchase Order as your payment processor. This way, your users will receive an invoice upon each submission without making an actual payment. Let me show you how:
We will a Single Choice element to the main form, to allow your users to select what payment processor they would like to pay.
- In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.
- Under the Basics tab, select Single Choice.
In addition, keep in mind that you need to create another form and use Purchase Order as your payment gateway. This means, that you have 3 forms in total, the main form, the form connected with PayPal Personal, and the other is Purchase Order. Once done, we will embed your PayPal payment and Purchase Order forms into the main form using the iframe Embed widget. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.
- Under the Widgets tab, select Iframe Embed.
- Open the Widget Settings panel by clicking on the widget’s Wand icon.
- You must paste the Purchase Order form and the PayPal Personal form URL in the Frame URL field.
Lastly, we will show and hide the payment fields depending on what payment method your users select. We will use the Show/Hide Field condition.
- In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
- On the left panel, select Conditions.
- Select the Show/Hide Field option.
4. Lastly, create your conditions. Here's a sample condition I created:
You can also check this demo form to see how it's done.
