Submission limit reached

    Hello!


    It says I'm at my submission limit - but I based on the total forms submitted, and saved etc - I feel we are considerably below the limit?

    Hi center0548,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account usage and limits can be found on your Usage settings. Let me show you how:

    1. From the My Forms page, click on your Avatar icon on the top right corner of the page and click Settings.
    2. Next, select Usage section on the left and that's it.

    I checked your account but couldn't see any of your limits being reached yet. We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

    If this is not the account that is having the issue with, can you share with us the username or email address of the account so that we can check?
