Hi,
I am using the spreadsheet to form widget and the dates of birth are not loaded in the correct way, I have the format dd/mm/yyyy, but they load mm-dd-yyyy and the year only with the last 2 digits.
The form is https://form.jotform.com/242455330464049

Hi nuestrabarranquilla,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hi nuestrabarranquilla,
I tested if the same thing would happen to me and was able to replicate the issue. However, after I set the format to text, the dates appeared on the table as if they were in Excel. Let me show you how:
- Right-click on the date column and choose Format Cells.
- In the Format Cells dialog box, select the Text category.
- Click OK to apply the text format to the date column.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
