How do I print report names on grid reports?

When I ran this report on 8/20, I was able to include all of the information displayed in this header including date, time, and title of report.

Today (9/3/24) when I try to print this same Grid report, none of that information is in the header.

How do I print this report with the header information?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's no Print button when you view the grid-listing report, but you can have it print by pressing CTRL+P to print the report. You can add Header and footer from the print preview settings. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click CTRL+P on your keyboard, click on More Settings, and then select Headers and footer beside Options.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

Headers and footers are definitely selected when I ctrl+p to print. Has this function been removed?

I’ve tried this on safari, chrome, and edge. None of the browsers seem to work.

Can you share your Grid report URL, so we can look into this? Can you also record a video using Loom of what’s happening and send it to us?

I am unable to use Loop as this a work computer, however if there is another way for me to send the screen recording, I am happy to do that.

I tested on my end and everything seems to be working properly as it should, the header and footer is showing on the print preview. Here's a screenshot of my result:

As a precaution, I have cleared your form's cache to refresh your forms and reports. Can you also try clearing your browser's cache and test again?

I have just tested it again, and it still doesn't print with the header and footer.

Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox,

Is there an email I can send this directly to? Like I said, this is off of a work computer and it is very restricted.

The loom site has been disabled as this is a company computer. It is not an approved site. Do you have an email I can send the video directly to?

Can you try uploading the video on any other platform and share it with us so we can take a look and understand what exactly is going on as everything is working properly at our end? Can you share the link of Grid Report as well?
