Removing Notifications from My Sign Document

    Good afternoon,

    Is there a way to remove notifications from a my sign document? I know how to do it on a regular jot form but this is the first time I use the My sign document and should be receiving over 500 forms and would like to avoid them coming to my email.

    Hi Dulce,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you want to disable the notification email when Sign Documents are being signed successfully. Unfortunately, it's not yet possible to disable the email alerts with Jotform Sign Document.

    While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
