Unintentional charge

Hi, I was using a form seasonally and needed to cancel my form before it renewed. I accidentally selected the “storage” form because I did not understand what it was and got charged $50. I do not need nor want this form. My form was for our adoption fund, and I cannot spare $50 on something I do not need.
