Guest account: Unable to access the form link.

    Hello, I am able to fill out the jot form , but then a separate link says I do not have access to it. I am not getting emails of my jot forms (I was prior).

    Hi Chelsey,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you filled out a form but didn't have access to the link after you filled it out, then the form owner must've enabled a feature not to let the respondents access it if they do not have a regular Jotform account. The account you're using right now is a guest account and it's only good for a one time use.

    There's only two options for you to access the form link, first is to create a regular Jotform account. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to Jotform's login page.
    2. Click on the Sign Up for Free button at the upper right corner of your screen.

    3. Put your email address on the email bar, and then click on the Continue button.
      You can use your email address associated with your guest account or any email address that is currently not associated with any Jotform regular account.

    4. Fill-out the information in the Sign Up modal.
    5. Check the tick box to agree on our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and then click on the Sign Up button.Guest account: Unable to access the form link Screenshot 62

    That's it. After the account creation or if you don't want to create an account, if you can't still access the form link, then you'd need to reach the form owner and ask them to disable the form restriction.
