I cant change my email

    This account was used by an email from a coworker, now he left the company so his email was deactivated. I need to set my email as designated (pablo.stancicrokoto@healthatom.com) but when I change my email it tells me that there is already an account associated with this email. I deleted the account but it still won't let me, I need your help.

    Hi Pablo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please take note that it takes 30 days for a deleted account to be purged from our system and freeing up the used email address. I have gone ahead and removed the email address from the deleted account and update your account email address to pablo.stancicrokotov@healthatom.com.
