How to restore accidentally deleted forms

Hi good afternoon. I hope this message finds you well. we seem to have accidentally Deleted our pre adoption application form and we are trying to bring the form back if there is anyway that you can help us please let us know. Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is really easy to restore deleted forms. Let me show you how:

1. Open My Forms page.
2. Click Trash located on the lower left side of the screen.
3. Lastly, click on the deleted form and click Restore.
