How to change Timezone in your form

I have an active form (ATA Board Nomination 2024) that has a condition set to disable it at a particular time. I know that when I've used this feature in the past I was told that the listed time was for the US eastern time zone (I'm in US central time). The "form status" box now says "Timezone Chicago". Chicago is in the US central time zone. I want the form to disable at 2pm central time. Eastern time is 1 hour ahead of central time...what time should I choose? Thanks.

    Hello ataregistration,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You may try changing your timezone so that you won't have to do any adjustments. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Forms, click the Avatar Icon and click Settings.
    2. Under the Timezone Section, click Edit and enter your Timezone (New York for Eastern Time)

Now you can check the date on the Form Settings. It should now match the Timezone in your account.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
