Uploaded Images is not working on my form

hello i create a form and in nthe first it was working but now i can t see photos on form what can i do

I appload photos on the form but still can’t see them when someone try to answer to it… pleasd it so urgent we need to fix it

Hello i still have the same problem with some photos still can’t see them on the form other people too

As you can see at the photo there is a photo uploaded but we can’t say it in the form.. at the first everything was good but right now i don’t know what happen

I checked your form and can confirm that the uploaded photos are showing on my end. Take a look at the screencast below:

I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh the form. Can you please try again to access your form to see if the uploaded photos are now showing?
