Hi There,
I have followed this article and completed all of the correct steps to have my form accessible without sign in, however the email I sent out to over 170 people is requesting sign in.
Can you please advise?
I followed the steps in this link - https://www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form/.
This is my form link - https://www.jotform.com/assign/242322884372862/242462693057057. On my laptop it opens for me to complete without signing up, but on my phone where most people are viewing the form, it asks for sign in.
Thank you,
Lauren -

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. Keep in mind that the Assign Forms feature requires the assignees for a Jotform account before they can fill out your form. If you want your form to not require a Jotform account, you can simply send your form's directly URL through others means like email and SMS. Let me show you how to get your form's URL:
- In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
- Under Quick Share, select Copy Link.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
To confirm, I have shared the link to the form via an email I created via the “quick share” option with the form public.
Here is a screenshot of the email with the link I shared internally.
Are you able to please check this again for me? The image you shared with me is what I already provided and have done.
Thanks

Hi Lauren,
The link on your email is the Form's Assign Link (https://www.jotform.com/assign/242322884372862/242462693057057). If you only want them to simply fill out the form without sign up, you can share your form's direct link instead that doesn't have the word "assign" in it.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
