I want to have a button or option, allow our team to "select" ....
(a) if they select, then can allow to send to PDF version to customer's email after submission
(b) if the user don't select, then no need to send the PDF version to customer's email after submission.
Can we do this?
Best Regards

Hi Klearc,
Are you referring to the PDF attached to your autoresponder email after submission? If yes, you can add an autoresponder email and enable the attach PDF option, and create a conditional logic that will send that autoresponder email once a single-choice field is selected. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, select the Single Choice element.
Now, we add an autoresponder email that will have a PDF attached to it. It's easy, let's do it:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Go to the Emails panel.
- Click on Add Email.
- Select Autoresponder Email.
- Go to the Advanced tab, toggle ON the Attached PDF section, and click Save.
Lastly, we create a Conditional Logic that will send the autoresponder email if the single-choice field option is selected. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Go to the Conditions panel.
- Select Change Email Recipient.
- Copy the condition on the screenshot below, and click Save:
