    Hi bookingsstruisbaai,

Thanks for using Jotform. You can easily can set it up so that you'll get a Notification Email after someone's filled out your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Now, click on Add Email

Thank you for the quick reply. Much appreciated.
My next question for assistance is the following.
I have a holiday rental business. I need to send the guest a link for the payment. I don’t accept payment on the website, I first need to confirm availability of the holiday house with the owner, therefor need to send a email with a link for the payment after availability was confirmed.
How can I do that please?
I am based in south Africa. We do have payfast here, but is it very expensive to use. I want to send a thank you email to the guest, . I see you don’t have Ozow.. which is very very popular here in SA to use for payments.
What can you suggest I do for payments?

    Hi bookingsstruisbaai,

One solution I could think of based on your scenario is to let the users reserve a specific period using the date reservation widget. You can get this widget through the widgets tab in the form elements panel. Here's how to get the widget:

    1. Edit your form and see to it that you are on the Build tab
    2. Expand the list on the left panel and go to Widgets
    3. Search for the keyword date reservation and notice that the list gets filtered
    4. Add the widget to your form

Next, just make sure that you have an email address field on your form so that you can get back to the user after checking the availability on your end. However, for you responding to the user, you can do this separately and not within Jotform's environment anymore.

But for sending thank you email alerts, this is already integrated on your form as Clara provided on the steps from her response. You just need to properly set it up so that it will trigger sending it as soon as a submission is made.

In case you need more help on this, just let us know.
