Can you tell me if this a fake rental application form?

I was contacted by the so called landlord for a property in Anaheim Ca. I was sent the code to get into the house viewed it with my family it seemed legit until he asked me to fill out the forms while he was on the phone. Something didn’t seem right I think I was about to get scammed. The phone numbers they used were

1 (720) 460-0408

the code was sent from +1 (239) 378-2713 a totally different number.

Thanks for reporting this to us and helping us to keep Jotform safe. We take your security and privacy very seriously and want to assure you that Jotform is not participating in this conduct. We supply a Form Builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes.

After looking into this, we determined that the form creator violated our terms of use. So, we immediately suspended the account, the account owner, as well as any forms and apps connected to it. But, keep in mind that although the form owner has no access to the form or data at Jotform now, they might have received your submission information if they enabled the Notification Email feature.
