    Hello,

This is Turan from Shinagawa International School.

We have a requisition slip where our staff request items to be approved by their superiors. However, we would like to implement budget limits per departments. For example, the math department will have a USD200 budget, if a person chooses the math department when filling the form and if their order is USD100, they will not be able order an item worth over USD100 for their next purchase.

Is there any way to make implement a something like this in Jotform?

    Thank you in advance,

    Kind regards.

    Furkan Turan

    Hi Furkan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid what you are trying to do is not possible. There is no option to query submissions from their previous data and only allow the user to purchase with the remaining amount. I went ahead and escalated this as a feature request.  Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
