I just created a new form using the Sign Builder and published it. It is not showing under My Forms and I can not find it anywhere to edit/view besides the link I saved initially of it. Without this link I have no way to find or access my form to edit or even view submissions. Can this be fixed? I need to get this form sent out ASAP for a contracted job in less than 2 weeks.

    Hi Kori,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Created Sign Documents are placed in another section of your account. Let me show you where you can find it:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on the My Forms text beside Jotform in the upper left corner of the page.
    2. Then, click on My Sign Documents.
    3. You can hover over the Sign Document that you created to edit the document or view the submissions.

That's it. Reach out again if you need any other help.
