How to Let Users Access the Tables of the Form

How can I allow colleagues of mine to view forms and reports on my jotform account without them purchasing their own account?

Hi Adam,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. They can access your Submissions Table by adding them as a Table Collaborator. Also, they don't need to upgrade their account to do this, they only need to create a Jotform account. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click the Share button on the upper-right side of the page.
2. Click the Invite by Email field and enter the email address of the user that you want to invite.
3. Click the Read Only blue text on the right side of the field and change it to Collaborator then click the Send Invitation button.
