Ideally all this information gets exported to a google sheets.

Do you mean you want to automatically pass the submission data to Google Sheets? If yes, you can integrate your form to Google Sheets. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
2. Select Integrations from the menu on the left.
3. Search for and select Google Sheets.
4. Under Authentication, select your Google Sheets account.
5. Select Create a new spreadsheet.
6. Tick the fields that you want to pass to the sheet.
7. Click on Save, then on Finish.
