Double up on docket numbers

Good morning,

We have been having a little bit of an issue when we make a change in our Timberlands Daily Job Record dockets some of the assigned dockets number are doubling up with previously used numbers. Or that when we are opening up the docket via the edit link in the email that the dockets go too, that when we make the changes and submit it again, the docket number is changing to a previous number.

example have opened up this docket wtl 001212 and edited/submitted it and its now coming through as wtl001209 which has was already used for another docket.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide more information about your setup and the steps you're taking when editing the dockets? This will help me to identify the cause of the problem. Please provide a screenshots of the form and the docket number field.
