Restoring deleted form.

I added items to my jotform last night and published it. I went to facebook to check and it was there. Today it comes up as deleted by owner. I did not delete my form. How can I get my form back? The link is: form.jotform.com/230924816553156

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form ID and it shows that it is still on your Jotform account, can you check your Trash folder? Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Form page, click on Trash located on the lower left of the page.
   
2. If the form is there, tick on the checkbox.
3. Click on Restore.
