How to restore archived submission entries?

I clicked on a number of records and hit 'archive'. They disappeared from the 'all' listing as expected. But they are now completely gone....not in trash and not in archives. AND nothing is noted in history that would indicate that I archived (or trashed) anything. So where are they?

I also tried to set up tabs (and folders) to move the remaining records (that I'm trying to sort and save) to one of those things since 'archive' failed miserably and despite the step by step directions, there is no referenced button at the top to allow me to move something to a folder or to a new tab. I even tried to copy and paste the record ...doesn't work.

None of the directions work. My records are GONE!

waywardrabbitssc@gmail.com Super frustrated here.....would love help!

    Hi Wayward Rabbits SC,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I presume you're referring to your Application To Foster or Adopt form. I checked the form and saw multiple archived entries. Let me show you how to restore them:

    1. On your My Forms page, select the form and click on Submissions at the top part of the page.
    2. In Jotform Tables, click on the three vertical dots on the main tab and select Archive Entries.
    3. On the panel that opens on the right, tick Select All.
    4. Click on Restore.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Thank you! Your answer worked. The other answers I found did not work.

Now if I can figure out how to move records to either a different folder or even a different tab, then I'd be able to sort my records and keep this main area for things that are in work.... If you can help me with this, I'd be all set with everything I need to clean up this endless list I've been keeping since I haven't been able to figure that part out yet either.....hence me trying to at least archive most of the records.

Again...thank you. (My blood pressure has gone back down to the normal range! lol!)
