Not receiving Downloaded submissions through email.

    We need to export data in PDF from a table with information collected in forms.


    However, when we select several records, the system says it will generate a ZIP and send it by email, but it never arrives.


    How can we export multiple records into a single PDF?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system and it seems like your email is not on our bounce list. Here are a few steps you can make sure the emails arrive at your email address:

    1. Check your Spam folder, look for any Jotform emails, and mark them as not spam.
    2. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list.
    3. Contact your email provider to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to their whitelist and the following IP Addresses:
    • 152.160.0.0/16
    • 23.251.253.0/26
    • 38.153.9.0/24
    • 38.152.248.0/24
