Hello, I created my form and embedded the code in my web page, and it works, however, in the mobile version it does not work for me, in fact, it does not even load the code. Can you please help me solve it so that the form works in the mobile version?

    Hi Cristina Fernanda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you please let us know what embedded are you using when you have embedded the form on your website? Can you also let us know if you have changed the width and height in the embedded code? Have you tried I-Frame? Let me walk you through the steps on how to embed your form using an I-Frame:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code. iFrame method was used for demonstration purposes in this case.
    4. That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done. The code of the form I created does not work on the mobile version of my website Image 1 Screenshot 20

Let us know how it goes.
