Hi,
My jotform account got suspended, not sure why. Can you please let me know the reason and is there anyway I can have it reopened please? Thank you.

Are you perhaps referring to another account? If so, can you share with us the email address or the username of that account, so I can check? You can also provide us with the form under that account so we can check.
