Can you upload a PPT exemplar for form users to gather an idea of what kind of PPT they need to upload?

    Hi ICT_its,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly add a PowerPoint presentation to a form, however there are workarounds. You can use Google Slides with the Paragraph element in Jotform.

    1. Copy the embed code from Google Slides:
    <iframe src="https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1OcQapveRGkhkHIilDid0-JEWCYxs7074uRrY3VRBCIg/embed?start=false&loop=false&delayms=3000" frameborder="0" width="480" height="299" allowfullscreen="true" mozallowfullscreen="true" webkitallowfullscreen="true"></iframe>

    2. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page and drag-drop a Paragraph field onto your form.

    3. Click on the Edit icon on the right side of the Paragraph field.

    4. In the Paragraph field toolbar, click on the Source Code icon. Then, paste the code above into the Source Code box.

    5. Click on OK and then on Save. And that’s it, you’re done.

You can also convert the PPT into a PDF document and use the PDF Embedder widget to show it.
