Non-profit Discount

Hi—I’m trying to apply for a non-profit discount, but I don’t have a jotform username and I can’t add one, and so I can’t submit the form. Could you assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To use the non-profit discount, you have to sign up and create a Jotform account. The Sign up process is easy. Click here to go to the Sign-Up page. You can use 5 different Apps to registrate to the Jotform: Your Google Account, Microsoft Account, Facebook, Apple, Salesforce. Also, you can enter your Name, Email, Password information and click on Sign Up to sign up:

After registration, to apply for our Non-Profit discount, please go to this link and select the plan as suits you best, and then fill up the form. After submitting the form, the information you sent will be reviewed. You will get a confirmation in the email address that you have provided in the application form within 24 to 48 hours.
