How can I have a jotform submission register on Facebook as a "Custom Conversion"

    Hi,

    I'm using a Facebook Instant Form to generate leads.

    On the thank you page of the Facebook Lead form, users have the option to click a button to go to a jotform to provide additional information about their situation. Here's the Jotform they get directed to ( https://form.jotform.com/242427122164448 ).

    I'd like to track people who submit this form as a Custom Conversion in Jotform.

    I already have the Facebook Pixel Widget installed on the jotform configured with the same Pixel ID that I'm using to track conversions for the Instant Form.

    Any guidance from this point of the configuration process would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm unsure if it's possible to create a dynamic URL on the Facebook page. If yes, the user's data you'd like to see on the form is prefilled via URL, so it's:

    https://www.jotform.com/12345678?name={somethingFromFB}

    Reach out again if you need any other help.
