How to trigger spreadsheet to form widget with value from dropdown field?

As discuss before, i need to centralize database to store my "company" department.

Your team tell me that cannot get information from Jotform Table.

For Jotform Dropdown function, can i get information from Microsoft Excel directly? e.g. through Zapier?

This includes the dropdown field where options must be indicated in its properties. If you can share with us a bit more details on the flow that you're trying to create, we might be able to find a possible workaround that you can use. Hi Chan,

Yes, you can automatically pass values from Dropdown field to your Spreadsheet to Form widget. If the passed value is available on your Spreadsheet, then the widget will fill out the fields automatically. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings and Conditions.
2. Next, create a new Update/Calculate field condition that passes the Dropdown field to the Spreadsheet to Form widget.
   
3. Now, in Build tab, click on your Spreadsheet to Form widget's Wand icon.
4. Then Enable the Autofill by Condition Option and that's it.
