My account isn't receiving submissions

    I am not getting submissions

    I tested it with my own submission and it is not working properly

    Please my you help and fix the problem

    It's pulling me back as I need to work

    Hi zeus00488,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I check the email logs, our system shows that Notification emails are being sent. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    The email address set as recipient is not on the bounce list as well. Can you check your Spam/Junk email? If it's not there, can you try to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your email contact list? Then do a test submission to see if after doing that, you will start to receive the Notification email?

    Also, reach out to your email provider and check if the emails from Jotform are getting blocked due to any spam filters. If so, request to Whitelist Jotform IPs and domains. I also recommend Setting up an SMTP and use it as the sender email for a form. For now, Can you try as well to remove and add back your Notification email?

    Usually, if we remove the Notification Email and then add it back, that solves the issue. Let me show you how to do that

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

    Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it: 

    1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

    2. Next, select Notification Email.

    3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.

    4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
