Deleting HIPPA Forms

I have two old forms that require the HIPPA upgrade and I can not delete the two forms. Can you delete these two old forms since I am not using them. Thanks...

I checked your account, I was able to see the two forms that you want to delete. the Forms are TTH/Susan Medical Intake Form 7-25-2022 and Clone of The Transformation Hub Long Intake Form 8-2-2022. Confirm if this are the forms that you want deleted. Note that the forms are currently unavailable.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

That is correct. Please delete those two forms.

I checked and see that the HIPAA required forms were already enabled. You can now delete them on your My Forms page.
