Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. May I know if is it happening with a specific form or with all forms? Can you send me the link to your form, so I can take a look at it for you? However, I have gone ahead and cleared your form cache. It is a good practice to delete the cache, so data are refreshed to avoid this type of issue in the future. You can do it easily. Let me show you how:
- Hover on your Avatar/Profile picture.
- Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down and click on Clear cache option.
Also, please try to clear your browser cache. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

I almost tried everything possible to change the default Time Zone from -4 to +2 but I couldn't. Can you help me with this.

Unfortunately, the feature for changing the timezone in Form Analytics isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
