Upgrade my plan from free to Bronze please

    I upgraded and paid $257 on July 5, 2024. My plan did not update

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears that paid account is associated with the same email with some capital letters Y**R**0i**@gmail.com. You can log into your account using this email address.
