Not all formula running

Hello! My page 3 calculator functions for "Next Day Posting" and "Claim Submission" have the same formulas have for the other calculator features, but for some reason, those are the only 2 producing '0' for some reason

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution, you can remove the calculations in the Form Calculation widget for the Score Percentage for Claims Submission and Next Day Posting, and add it back again. Here's how to do it.

1. On Form Builder, select the Form Calculation widget for Claims Submission, and click on the Wand icon.
   
   
2. Remove everything from the calculations, then add it back again.
   
   
3. Click on Save.
   
4. Do the same for the Form Calculation for Next Day Posting.

This should fix the calculations.
