Hello - When I download a PDF, the images are quite small by default. As such, they are often not useable. I'm trying to download the PDF with full-page/full-size images to be emailed out.

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed a few of your forms and it appears that you are using a File Upload element. To make the images large and show them in the original size, you should change the file upload field display style to Default and Item Size to Huge in the PDF editor. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the downward arrow on the top left corner of the page and then click on the PDF editor.

    2. Select the File Upload element and then click on the Gear icon.

    3. In File Upload Settings, select the Default option in the Display Style.

    4. Then, select Huge in the Item Size dropdown.

That's it. Now the uploaded image will show up larger in the PDF.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
