Subscription plan limits and features.

    Hi,

My surveys just got disabled because I completed too many. First, I'd like to know if I'm capped at a certain number per month, per year, or what. Second, what is that number depending on subscription level?

    Hi aminor74afm,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can essentially use the majority of the features available in paid subscriptions with the Starter (Free) plan. The usage limits are the primary distinction. For instance, your account is eligible to receive 100 total submissions each month under the Free plan.

This can be used for testing or small-scale data collection. That could be all you need in the case of individuals and small businesses. You are free to utilize the Jotform Free plan forever if the use limits of the Starter plan are sufficient for you. If not, you can choose to upgrade to one of our Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans, which also come with monthly or yearly payment options, based on your consumption requirements. Here’s a quick overview of usage limits on what the Starter (Free) Plan has to offer:Subscription plan limits and features Screenshot 20

    • Forms Limit — The number of active forms.
    • Monthly Submissions — The total number of entries you can receive every month from all your forms.
    • Upload Space — The available storage space for file uploads.
    • Monthly Form Views — The number of impressions or times your forms can be viewed.
    • Total Submission Storage — The total number of form entries you can store in your account.
    • Fields per Form — The maximum number of form elements for each form.
    • Monthly Payment Submissions — The total number of completed payments from forms with payment processor integration.
    • Monthly Signed Documents — The total number of signing processes completed from all your Signed documents your account can have every month.
    • HIPAA Compliance Features — Available only on Gold and Enterprise plans.
    • Jotform Branding — Appears at the bottom of the forms. The option to remove the branding is available once you have a paid subscription.

In addition, our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time.

For a quick breakdown of the limits for each plan, you can visit the Features and Pricing page. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

So, a new month has began, and I'm still getting a message that my account has reached its quota. So is this monthly cap based on calendar months or not?

    Hi aminor74afm,

Please note that all the monthly limits only reset every 1st of the month, that includes the submissions, signed documents, payment submissions and form views. Alternatively, you may want to upgrade to a higher subscription plan, to get a higher number of monthly limits.

To view your account limits, you may go to your Usage page.

You may also check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Let us know if you need any more help.

If they reset the first of every month, then there is a problem with my account. It has not been reset.
