    Hi NIHS UAEU,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send me the link to your form where you've set up the Jotform tables prefill, so I can take a look at it for you?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Basically these are my Steps:

    1. As soon as I receive data on all fields in the jotform, from my team, I will import it to jotform.
    2. Design the form such as automatically a unique link is sent to the respective program director to fill the form. Trainee, PD and DIO fields will be automatically prefilled and PD will not take the pain to add all this data.
    3. PD is only required to just fill the evaluation for trainees, sign and date.
    4. Stamp is removed from the form.
    5. As soon as PD submits form for each trainee, it will be escalated to DIO for his signature and approval based on approval workflow that i will create.
    6. Finally , PDF will be generated for each trainee record with PD and DIO signatures.

    Hi nihsuae,

When I checked your form, I wasn't able to view your Tables Prefill settings. Can you send us the screenshot of your Prefill settings so we can understand the issue better? If we can check out the fields you set up for the prefill, we might be able to understand why you're seeing different fields. You can click on the Settings button on top of the Prefill section to view it:

As a workaround for now, you can edit the names of the prefill you set up. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    • On the left menu, select Prefill, then click on Tables Prefill.

    • Now in the page that opens, hover your mouse over the Prefill you set up, and click on the Three Dots icon next to it.
    • Select Rename and enter the name you want for the field. That's it.

If that's not what you're looking for, can you give explain a bit more detail so we can get a better idea of your request?

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi nihsuae,

I investigated a bit, and I'm afraid the title is automatically pulled and can only be changed manually. In order to change the titles of the Table Prefill submission settings, you need to rename it like I showed you above.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
