Unfortunately, it is not possible to submit forms using a bot but you can submit the forms through an API which you can trigger on your application. Please refer to this guide for instructions on how to submit via API. Additionally, I recommend reviewing our API documentation to gain a better understanding of how the Jotform API functions.
I've reached out to our relevant team to review this as a new feature request. Rest assured, we'll circle back to this thread as soon as I receive a response from them.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

AI Agents come in many shapes and sizes. Your users can reach your agent through various channels: Chatbot, WhatsApp, SMS, the Agent’s App, the Agent’s standalone website, Messenger, and more. They can even call the Agent on their phone.
It’s always good to show a friendly face when your users have questions. Jotform makes that easy. You can use one of our AI Agent Templates, or customize the appearance of the AI Agents by generating an AI image, or uploading a photo. And for Phone and Voice AI Agents, we’ve got a diverse voice library for you to choose from.
If you want to reach a global audience, your AI Agent can provide a smooth and natural conversation with Translations. You can set the primary language for the greeting and first interactions, but the AI Agent will flawlessly continue the conversation even if the customer changes languages.
What’s an AI Agent without Intelligence? Training AI Agents is easy. If you don’t want to manually add all the information, just start talking to your Agent under the Train tab, tell them what they need to know or do, and they’ll learn it right away.
AI Agents can do much more than simply respond to questions. Tools are one of the many great features of AI Agents. Using Tools, you can enhance your agent's capabilities. Taking notes, sending emails, and displaying media, items, and files to your customers are easy tasks for your AI Agent. Tools also lets you integrate your Agent with Workflow, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Dropbox, and many more. Don’t see the tool you’re looking for? Don’t worry. You can always request one.
Also, if you want to talk to the customer directly, you can Take Over the chat from the AI Agent. Take Over allows you to have direct interaction with your customers. You can use it directly in the Conversations section of the Agent.
If you want to use it on the go, we have our Take Over Mobile App for you.
To be notified every time a chat is started with your AI Agent, you can turn on the Notification Emails.

We're excited to announce that we’ve just made it easier to reach people where they already are—on WhatsApp! With Jotform’s WhatsApp integration, you can get real-time notifications as soon as someone submits your form—helping you reply faster and stay connected. It’s fast to set up and fits right into your existing workflow. Here’s how to get started:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Next, click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Now, search for WhatsApp and then click on it.
- Then, click on Here or scan the QR Code on the screen to verify your WhatsApp number.
- In the WhatsApp window that opens, click on the Send icon to continue.
- You’ll get a Confirmation message in WhatsApp once your number’s verified.
- Now, go back to your form and click on Check Your Verification.
- After that, set up your Notification Message, and then click on Save to finish.
Once saved, your WhatsApp integration will come up in your list of actions. To make changes, hover your mouse over it and click on the Three Dots icon to see more options like See Action Logs, Rename Action, Disable Action, or Delete Action:
