I am currently developing a WhatsApp chatbot, and I would like to explore the possible ways to integrate your platform with the bot. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the following:
- Can forms be filled out via Jotform and then stored in the chatbot's memory for further processing?
- Conversely, is it possible to fill out forms through the WhatsApp bot and have the data automatically saved in Jotform, perhaps in an Excel format or another compatible system?
If there are any other integration options or tools available that could facilitate this process, I would greatly appreciate your guidance and any ideas you can share on this matter.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi socrcoil,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can integrate your form with webhooks to automatically send form data to your designated webhook endpoint. Once the data is received, you have the flexibility to decide how to handle it, whether it's saving the data to your database, triggering further actions in your system, or processing it according to your specific requirements. This integration allows for seamless automation of tasks and ensures that your form submissions are efficiently managed.
As for your other question, I've gone ahead and moved it to a new thread to avoid any confusion. You can check out the answer to that here.
Check out this guide on How to Send Submission Data via a Webhook.
