How to create a fillable PDF form in Google Docs

I'm trying to collect registration information for my basketball camp for this summer. I want to create a pdf form that allows me to fill the form like Google Forms. I was wondering if you have a similar feature that can help me with this. Can you provide information if we can create fillable pdf forms free through JotForm?

There are three methods available to create fillable PDF form in JotForm:

METHOD 1: Build PDF form from scratch. Here are the steps you need to follow to build PDF form from scratch:

#1. Click on the following URL to load PDF editor: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor?fillable=new  

#2. Click on "CREATE NEW PDF FORM" button. Please check the screenshot below:

#3. Add desired questions in form and setup notification emails along with other integrations if required. Please check the screenshot below:

#4. You can download the fillable PDF form from "PUBLISH" tab or by clicking on "Download PDF". Please check the screenshot below:

METHOD 2: Convert your existing JotForm webform to PDF form.  Here are the steps you need to follow:

#1. Please build your form with desired questions / form fields. Please check the screenshot below:

#2. Select the form from "My Forms" folder, click on the "More" options and then click on the option "Create PDF Form". Please check the screenshot below:

#3. You will be redirected to PDF Editor where your existing webform will be automatically converted to PDF form and you can download the fillable PDF form. Please check the screenshot below:

METHOD 3: Import your existing fillable PDF form in JotForm.
