This is happening again. Please fix this.
Read below you this happens every mo th how can you fix this permanently???
I’m reaching out again regarding a critical issue with the form submissions from this link: https://form.jotform.com/222696950294063. The form is intended to be delivered to the following email addresses:
Unfortunately, the emails containing the form submissions keep bouncing and are not being delivered. Despite having contacted customer support multiple times and following all their recommendations, the problem persists. This ongoing issue is affecting my business operations.
Given that I am paying nearly $300 for this service, I am considering requesting a refund if this problem continues. I need a permanent solution to ensure that the form submissions are reliably delivered.
Could you please advise on how we can resolve this issue promptly? If the situation does not improve, I may have to explore alternative solutions.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Hi excelda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have removed the email addresses from our bounce list. To prevent this from happening again, you may contact your email provider to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. If the issue persists, I suggest sending emails using your own email domain by setting up SMTP to increase reliability. Let me show you how:
- Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
- Click on your avatar icon, then select Settings, or click on this link to go directly to your Settings page.
- Under Settings Tab, click on Add Sender Email.
- Enter your SMTP details and you're done.
You can also check out our guide on How to Set up SMTP for a Form.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
