it only allows twice save after that you cannot make another save of the form

Hi Mae,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? How are you exactly saving the form? Are you getting any error message when doing so? By default, a form automatically saves whenever you make any changes to it. Are you trying to save a form submission, perhaps?
Can you also share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I have created an app through the form.
Using the link for the form I am able to edit and save the form several times until submission.
However, using the link for the app. It only allows me to edit and save the form once and not multiple times.

Hi Mae,
I cloned your app and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue using the app link, but everything was working properly. I was able to save the entries as draft multiple times while adding more entries to it. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. You can try a different device as well, if available. I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data.
If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. And as advised earlier, share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we find more options to help. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Hi Mae,
I appreciate the video recording, that made the issue much clearer. Have you tried the suggestion I gave you earlier? In the recording, I saw that you've only used one browser, with multiple opened tabs in it. When clearing a browser's cache and cookies, it removes unwanted data, making the browser process information faster and with less to no issues. Can you try it and once done, close the browser, open a new one, and access the app? See if it'll work after that. I also recommend trying Incognito, or a different browser like Edge, or any other browser you have available. If you have a different device, you can try it with, feel free to do so.
If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. You can send us a screenshot of your browser's console log report so we can have a better idea of the issue. We have a guide here explaining how to post a screenshot.
