Embedded form is not working

I have two questions. The first is that for no reason, our forms are not working on our site anymore. When I click on the form on our site, nothing is displayed, it’s a black screen. So I would like to know why.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to answers your question. For the first question, can you please re-embed your form on your website? Here is a guide on how to embed your form on the webpage. You can also check the another helpful guide on which embed code you should use when embedding your form. Let me walk you through the steps:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
• Now, click on the embed option you want to use, and copy the code.
• That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.

If the issue persists, then give us more details on how you are embedding your form? Link to your website where you have already embedded your form. If possible, then can we run the test on your live embedded form to see if we can replicate an issue from our end?
